Join Mark and Debra Gehrke for their morning Loving Awareness practice, held at our virtual Loving Awareness Sanctuary.

Open and accessible to everyone, regardless of prior experience, and oh so revitalizing, inside and out! Our practice is a beautiful fusion of Debra and Mark’s inspired flow, including intuitive guidance, breathwork, movement, mantra meditation and relaxing savasana…with a foundation honorably rooted in Kundalini yoga.

Loving Awareness Practice

Group practice flows from 10:00 to about 11:30 on Thursday Mornings

Including Love Field Reflection Time: 
After Savasana (deep relaxation), we hold space for reflection and invite anyone who wants to participate to stay on to explore, ask questions, relate and share reflections on our unique practice experiences.
(This part is super supportive and it is entirely optional, please feel free to leave when you need to.)

Cultivate LOVING AWARENESS by tuning in and up through gentle and invigorating yoga & meditation flow, guided by Debra & Mark.

The practice will include:

Welcome & current energy check-in, pranayam (breath), sound & mantra, mudra (hand/arm positions), asanas (body postures) and bandhas (body locks), a potently sweet savasana (relaxation, often channeled healing sound by Debra) and time for Love Field Reflection.

 

What to Bring & How to Prepare:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Blanket or Shawl
  • Pillow or Cushion
  • Water Bottle
  • Head Covering (optional, for energetic support)
  • $11, cash or check appreciated
  • **Please do not wear perfume or cologne to practice


Loving Awareness is best practiced on an empty (or almost empty) stomach. Please eat light, or two hours prior to class time.

Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to register, take care of personal necessities & get settled in your space for class to begin on time.
