Sangha Sunday Satsang: Co-Creating Unity, Receptivity and High Vibe Conscious Connection in Love Light & Truth.

Today’s special session will be delightfully focused on mantra music meditations with our kirtan friends, Pascale and Doug. Pascale and Doug share our love and passion for sacred mantra music…and Pascale’s incredible vocal power awaken’s you, heart and soul…bringing about feelings of elevated bliss, deep reverence and heightened awareness.

Our time together for this special Sunday may also include a mix of pranayama (breathing), mantra music, gentle kundalini yoga movement, and meditation, followed by an intuitive channeling session with space for you to ask questions and receive channeled Source Guidance in response (you do not have to ask…but if you feel inspired, please go for it!).

We will be allowing an intuitive, organic flow for this extra special session … always trusting in the organic nature of the co-creative, collective energy present.

Why the Name, Sangha Sunday Satsang?

Sangha (Suhn-gah) is a Sanskrit word that means coming together (community = come into unity) in conscious loving awareness with the intent of sharing and uplifting in and through Love Light.
Satsang (Sut-sung) is a Sanskrit word meaning Conscious conversation held in the company of Absolute Truth.
