10:00 – HEALING JOURNEY REFRAME – Trusting true healing is at work — Healing doesn’t have to be heavy and hard (it can be), but it doesn’t always have to be. Allow healing to be lighter, allow every moment to be medicine. Give ourselves this experience every day, whenever we need it, consciously, in Presence, and TRUST the beneficial outcome.
12:27 – CONNECTION exploration, reframe, inquiry, experience Connection as an externalized experience compared with connection within us, internally, that have nothing to do with anything outside of ourselves. INNER CONNECTION is our pathway to self-realization, self-knowing, origin-generating energy Who, what, and how are we connected to beyond our physical time space reality? Connecting inward … EXPERIENCE it here!
16:28 – RECOGNIZE Connection within us to remember the depth of our BEingness and the LOVE that is our Source. WE NEED TO KNOW LOVE! Not externalized or manufactured love … but pure, Source, unconditional LOVE When we recognize and operate from this energy awareness, everything changes and the world we wish to see becomes real.
18:08 – LOVE is not bypassing anything, it is not too simple, it is the most powerful force. We must MEET the darkness, the shadow, the trauma, etc. with the Truth of LOVE generated and infinitely reSourced within us. PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS SECTION!!
19:34 – If we want the world to be different and better, we HAVE to start here: LISTEN, PLEASE LISTEN! LOVE is the SOURCE of ALL, the ESSENCE of ALL life on this planet. It can’t be given, it can’t be taken away.
23:16 – How can we navigate addressing climate change, inequality, injustices of all kinds if we don’t have the foundational awareness of LOVE and CONNECTION from within, fully Sourced, sustained, and viable from within? LISTEN!
25:04 – The foundational TRUTH that has been missing
26:08 – Wake up every morning and ask: How can I serve from the consciousness of my loving being, toward myself and toward all others I meet on the path before me? Every step matters (metaphorically and physically) Conscious. Presence. Purpose.
27:20 – Just saying, “be more kind, be more loving, be more compassionate” isn’t enough … it has to start inside with true inner connection and awareness, within each and every one of us. DO the INNER WORK, take your time, be steadfast. Go INWARD. REmember LOVE. REmember Connection. Do the inner work and the world around us will become what we know it can be.
