  • Set aside some self-care YOU time each day. Choose what’s best for you, morning or evening before bed, or maybe even both!

  • Choose to carve out some time to write (or record yourself talking through your responses, if you like). 
    • I find writing as soon as I wake up, before even leaving the bed will often result in super deep revelations. Writing before bed is also a nice way to release and let go to encourage deeper sleep.
