Mark and I held our first Soul Sound Journey at Appleton Yoga and Wellness yesterday. 21 amazing souls basked in the healing sound currents we intuitively created in the moment, guided by the collective energy of all present with us.

Mark and I are so grateful to be sharing our hearts and passions in service to greater peace, harmony, and well-BEing in the Fox Cities and beyond.
We’re midway through our journey here … it was so beautiful, everyone resting in the sea of soul sounds … I just had to capture a couple memories mid-journey!

This studio is like a little slice of heaven. Those bright boxes on the ceiling are skylights!! The studio is bathed in natural light every day. It’s on the third floor of a building on College Ave. The elevator is now working … much more accessible way to ascend and have a heavenly journey with us!
