23:58 – As we relate, we become aware. In order to relate, we have to want to see. we have to want to have greater, expanded awareness that isn’t shrouded in self-preservation and self-protection. We have to allow ourselves to see ourselves fully … to relate with what it is we’re experiencing, and to embrace everything that we learn in our exploration in. Relate with it. Ask it more questions. Deepen with the relating, within. This is where true change happens, and where magic happens. This is the fundamental, foundational key to moving forward in our lives and allowing our dreams and our visions and our creative flame from within to be ignited again … moment to moment, breath to breath.
