… a blend of our own unique foundational daily practices that encourage a deep, gentle journey into the Self…positively nurturing all aspects of our well-being, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Loving Awareness guides you to see and recognize your Essence, the Light of Presence that is inherent within you, as you. It invites you to look more deeply into yourSelf, into your heart, your soul…and embrace all that you observe and witness with LOVE, Pure Love.
~ Savi, Loving Awareness Guide
Loving Awareness Practices Offer …
…a unique practice centered on fostering a deeper relationship with you and YOU.
I wonder if this practice is for me? … what if I can’t do it?
Our Loving Awareness practice is for everyone! Seriously. Everyone.
No matter your physical ability or your personal belief systems…
- Loving Awareness practice is all-inclusive, all-embracing, and meets you where you are.
- It is YOUR practice, unique to you.
- We gently guide, invite and encourage you along…
- but it is YOU who makes the journey and chooses the level and depth of the practice and where it takes you.
For those with physical limitations, we offer gentle modifications so that you are able to go at your own pace and make your own progress, in your own time. It’s ALL good!
It’s YOUR Practice!
We take special care to remind each person who joins us that this practice is for and about you, uniquely, in each and every moment taking into account your process, your body’s needs, your flow… observing with love, free of judgment, breathing into it all as you go
…after all, that is the very foundation of Loving Awareness!
I DON’T KNOW ABOUT THIS INNER JOURNEY STUFF…?
If you’re worried you won’t like what you see on this journey deeper to the Inner Self, don’t worry! …
At the core of every being is pure light and radiant well-being. We are all pulsing with pure Source energy, beaming bright from within, ready to shine! It’s our birthright!
Our Loving Awareness practice invites us, in grace and ease, to embrace all, deny or diminish none, and consciously allow the layers of old habits, patterns and belief systems that no longer serve us to gently fall away.
Loving Awareness enCOURAGEs us to BE the LIGHT we were born to be!
~ Savi, Loving Awareness Guide
IS THIS A RELIGION OR RELIGION BASED?
No, not at all. Loving Awareness practices are not religion based.
They are congruently tuned to higher consciousness and are completely open and respectful to each person’s personal beliefs and religious affiliations.
LOVE is our guiding principle.
WHY DOES IT ALL FEEL SO GOOD??
We know that’s because of the inner focus that is invited…
It’s really the deep flow of Loving Awareness from each heart-centered being that co-creates such an amazing field of LIGHT and LOVE for us all to bask and play in!

What Can I Expect During Loving Awareness Embodiment Movement?
Tuning In + Centering | Embodied Movement | Conscious Breath
Mantra | Mudra | Deep Relaxation | Meditation
…all intuively guided with Savi and Mark’s open-hearted, loving intention.
Tuning In + Centering
Each practice begins by calming the mind, centering and focusing on the breath, bringing our Loving Awareness into the body with conscious observation.
Embodied Movement
This portion of the practice is our set of embodied movements, uniquely designed for specific benefits on all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
This set of movements has some parallels with other yoga asanas and traditions, but generally people find the embodied movements guided during a session to be quite unique and profoundly beneficial on multiple levels. These movements offer a unique difference to other western and traditional asana yoga practices. You have to try it to know it for yourself!
Conscious Breath
This part of the practice brings the recognition that breath is life into our conscious awareness.
Learning to harness the power of the breath is a powerful pillar in the foundation of our practice. We use a variety of breathing exercises throughout the entirety of the practice. Pranayama intensely amplifies the benefits of the practice to your overall balance and well-being.
Mantras + Affirmations
Mantra brings the breath together with sound to create vibrationally resonant strings of syllables that actively work to harmonize and balance our systems.
Our bodies are indeed tuning forks, always responding to the frequencies that surround us. Mantra helps us to tune our frequencies higher and purer…bringing us into expanded states of higher consciousness and bliss. On the simple side, chanting mantra just feels GOOD!
Mudras (hand gestures)
These intentional arm, hand, finger gestures affirm energetic action and resonance that further amplify the state of heightened awareness along with the above mentioned elements.
Deep Rest + Relaxation
Every practice includes a space in time for deep relaxation and intentional rest.
This is a deeply important and integral piece of the practice. It allows the body systems the time they need and deserve to integrate the journey you’ve just taken. REST = Really Excellent Self Treatment …Something we all deserve a little more of!
Meditation
Aspects of meditation practice are infused throughout each experience.
Many have shared that they feel the entire guided practice to be a meditative experience.
