Celebrating Summer Solstice at Loving Awareness Sanctuary has become a cherished tradition. Join us for this year’s celebration … a soul family gathering to honor mama earth and nature’s rhythms as spring gives way to summer and growth, evolution, creativity, and abundance on all levels.

Arrive between 6:30 – 6:50 pm to meander around the Sanctuary
Receive your herbal smudging blessings as you enter the gathering area
Settle in around the fire circle at 7 pm
Solstice Fire Ceremony begins at 7
* Calling in the Directions, Giving Gratitude to the Land, the Ancients, Great Spirit, Honoring and Appreciation
* Sending last solstice’s prayer flags up in honoring and appreciation with sanctuary herbal smudge, tobacco, and cedar
* Adding/Sending Your Intentions / Releases / Prayers to offer to the fire (you may have them written on paper to offer to the fire, or simply hold them in your heart and energetically offer them up)
Celebration Time following Ceremony, an organic, co-creative mix of …
* Group Singing, Chanting, Story Sharing (circle songs, chants, poems, stories etc… Bring a song or story you’d like to lead and share if you feel inspired to do so)
* Drumming and Dancing
(bring your drum, rattle, shakers, etc.! let’s allow the rhythm of the circle to move us!)
