This week’s Energy Reset is a little unconventional. And I like it that way.
I didn’t feel to be on camera this week (emotions running high, vulnerability and sensitivities peaked), and the inspiration sparked in the moment as I was walking along the river trail to pull out my phone and talk with you. The sound isn’t perfect, but hopefully, it will make you feel like you’re sitting right next to me on the riverbank, with the water flowing by! An immersive listening experience!
As I began recording some huge jets roared overhead. Not exactly perfect timing sound-wise, and yet, I felt this moment to be the perfect one to share with you. UNCONVENTIONAL works, and it’s good to allow ourselves the freedom to color outside the lines and to allow DIFFERENT in the midst of the tendency toward same-same. ALIGNMENT. That’s what’s key. What feels aligned?
Does anyone else ever start to feel uncomfortable when something feels too ‘conventional’ (normal, accepted, based on what’s generally done or believed)? It’s good to give ourselves the space and freedom to be unconventional. This is one way we can exercise our uniqueness and our creative force.
Patterns are a slippery slope. Consistency is one thing, but it’s not the whole thing. Creativity and uniqueness need to be a part of the equation. When things become too rote or same-same, we become like hamsters on the wheel and do things just because we’ve always done them, without conscious Presence. I want to be alive in my choices and be conscious of why I’m choosing them. Allowing space to be more unconventional feels good.

1. Peace and Chaos (or _______________________) can and do exist together … how do we navigate this?
2. Unconventional, different … these times are calling for us to allow for different, unconventional … get courageous and curious … allow freedom to drop the structure and the plan in order to be open to full potential and alignment
3. Be Like Water … find our way … FLOW … meander, get soft, allow ourselves to flow … allow the flow without the need to grab hold of something …
4. REPROGRAMMING … how is this playing a role in our experience right now?

7:08 – Peace surrounds us … Allow spontaneity, serendipity, curiosity, courageousness, … and all the while, tend to the songs of our hearts, tending to our souls … BEing Presence, present with ourselves, taking good care. Be well … take good care … be gentle with yourselves
