00:51 – Communicate and reflect our experiences with each other, connect in our uniqueness, and allow that to broaden our awareness within.

3:05 – Processing! As soon as I receive these messages, they GO TO WORK ON me! And sometimes it’s super uncomfortable. AND, I’m on board! I’m growing! Just because I channel High Consciousness Clarity and Knowing doesn’t mean I’m immune to the lived experience as a HUMAN! I’m right here with you in all of this!
Vulnerability, Impostor Syndrome, Self-Doubt, Resistance, Shying from my Uniqueness … Questioning … these all rise up! I know I’m not alone in this!
9:10 – Why Source always says we need REPETITION … so that we can HEAR and integrate with the Truths that live and ring true within us.
11:43 – What happens when discomfort rises up in us? How do these messages go to work on you? There is a foundational purpose that activates within us when we receive and self-reflect.
13:13 – SELF-REFLECTION is our natural way … LISTEN to how we may have skewed this naturalness for ourselves.
Have we become shut down in our ability to self-reflect by way of our socialization and societal conditioning?
How conscious are we of this?

16:35 – How have we allowed ourselves to give our power away? Are we ready to take our power back, and recognize our inner SELF-EMPOWERMENT? How can we rise in our greatness and uniqueness if we aren’t activated in our capable Loving Self-Reflection?
17:13 – Critical Self-Reflection vs LOVING Self Reflection **IMPORTANT Distinction**
What is the voice that rises up in you when you’re self-reflecting?
Judgment, criticism, etc.? How can we engage our awareness to recognize our inner doubter, our inner saboteur and shift that energy toward more loving Presence in reflection?
19:39 – How can we KNOW if we’re being healthy in our self-reflecting?
How are SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS and Self-Reflection very different energies?
22:55 – Does Loving Self-Reflection mean we should glaze over the uncomfortable, sticky, messy parts that we don’t like? No, of course not! LISTEN!
23:34 – What is it to Source Parent (re-parent, inner-parent, etc.) ourselves? Bring that energy to our Self-Reflection. Energy qualities that are Loving, Present/Presence, Open, Unbiased, Supportive, Inquiring, Receptive, etc.
24:53 – How can we BALANCE the energies of SELF-DOUBT and SELF-CRITICISM to more self-supportive, self-loving support? Create healthy self-value and self-worth … know the Truth of what it’s based on.
26:47 – Productivity and Performative Action do not measure our Self-Value or Worth.
LISTEN! REORIENT. This is HUGE!
