Each product is intentionally designed and crafted with love, in small batches at the sanctuary using herbs grown on the land. Taking nature’s lead, each product is created by observing and listening to each plant’s wisdom. Loving awareness goes into hand crafting each small batch. The sun and moon do their part, allowing time to draw the potency from the plants into the oils. A season of growth and nurturing goes into each and every finished product. We take great care to use slow, low heat to keep the integrity of the plant medicine intact. (microwaves are never, ever used during our creation process)
We organically grow and/or responsibly wildcraft as many of our own medicinal plants as possible right here at our Loving Awareness Sanctuary. When necessary, we outsource other organic ingredients from high integrity, high vibration companies.

Good to Know Info and Care for Your Truly Natural Loving Awareness Products:
- Subtle variances in color, texture and aroma may occur from batch to batch due to Mama Nature’s natural fluctuations.
- All Loving Awareness Products are intended for topical, external use only. Keep away from eyes.
- These products are natural and contain no chemical preservatives (though the essential oils used act as natural preservatives). Using clean, dry hands will extend the quality & life of your product.
- Our products contain safe dilutions of essential oils, per Robert Tisserand’s advisable levels.
- Store Loving Awareness products in a cool, dry space. Keep products free from contact with water.
- Products containing organic virgin coconut oil will soften in temperatures 76 and above.
Our deodorant is a coconut oil base, be advised it will become very soft when the temperature is above 76. If you prefer it more solid, you can keep it in the refrigerator.
- Our All Be Well Balm and Tummy Rubs have a blend of coconut oil, olive oil and beeswax. They will become somewhat softer in warmer temps.
- Historical, researched, folkloric and intuitively guided teachings have guided the creation of these products. Our Sanctuary, Sacred Medicine:
Inspired toward greater simplicity and living more harmoniously with nature, we were drawn to life in the country. When we moved to this land, it was as if the earth came alive and the plants started talking to us. It was as if the nature here was waiting for us to come home.
As we walked the vibrant earth we came to recognize an abundance of life enhancing medicinal plants (some would consider weeds!) growing naturally all around the property. The plants were calling to us, asking us to observe, learn and grow right along with them. We became more inspired with every new discovery.
Our inspiration led us to sow and grow beautiful organic vegetable and herb gardens utilizing harmonic growing and permaculture principles. We continue to learn…observe and explore the vast teachings that the plant world has to offer. This is just the beginning!
Our wish is to share the sacred blessings of this sanctuary with you, and one of the ways we can do that is through our Loving Awareness Self Love Self Care products.

Grace & Ease Balm
Each of the herbal infusions used to create ‘Grace & Ease’ are organic and/or wild-crafted herbs, grown right here at our sanctuary. Grown & hand picked with loving care, the herbs are infused with Sun & Moon, Love Light & Sacred Mantra energy for more than one moon cycle in organic olive oil. In addition to Comfrey, Calendula, Yarrow, Plantain and Mullein infused oils, we’ve added pure beeswax and true organic essential oils.
We’ve experienced that each ingredient in our Grace & Ease formula is amazing for soothing tired, achy, stressed, overworked areas of our bodies. A wonderfully soothing and nurturing balm.
Historically, the herbal infusions used in this signature formula have proven to offer powerful benefits. When blended together, they create an amazing support team for pain & swelling/inflammation relief. Regular use offers extends relief.
Comfrey: brings arthritis relief, natural anti-inflammatory and pain reliever, rebuilder (folk name: knitbone, for its ability to heal broken bones)

Inspired by our Grace & Ease Balm … with the twist of an all-purpose purpose. It begins with our solar and lunar energized, organic and wildcrafted herbal olive oil infusions of Calendula, Yarrow and Plantain, we then add Organic Coconut Oil and pure Beeswax and essential oils that support healthy, vibrant skin. Loving Awareness Happy Belly Tummy Rub (Adult & Kid Safe formula available)
When your tummy isn’t happy life is no fun. That’s why we created support for the perfect tummy rub. Whether you ate too much, or something you ate didn’t agree with you, or things are moving through too quickly, or not quickly enough … Happy Belly Tummy Rub is your ticket to relief. A soothing blend of coconut oil, olive oil, beeswax and belly feel better directed essential oils to use anytime you desire a happier belly. Just warm a small amount of Happy Belly Tummy Rub into the palm of your hand and then massage into your belly (or the belly of a loved one) in a clockwise direction and relief is on its way.
Historically, each of these plants and herbs have brought support in the relief of bloating, nausea, diarrhea, indigestion, and general stomach upset. Unpleasant underarm odor occurs when sweat (which is natural, healthy and desired for optimum wellbeing) meets with bacteria on the skin. Our underarm formula creates a breathable seal of clean protection with coconut oil, non-gmo arrowroot powder & cornstarch, a wee bit of non-aluminum baking soda and great odor neutralizing essential oils.
