Compassion means we’re identifying with another’s feelings. …I can see how you’re feeling …I can feel how you’re feeling. This can be overwhelming to experience. How can we envelope and elevate through love. If we are going to use the workd compassion we have to shore it up with love. If we are going to flow compassion we really need to amp it up with love. Love is our strength and our power. It is what anyone in any situation could use more of. Join us in this conversation and meditation on compassion as love.

HOW CAN WE BENEFIT BY PRACTICING PEACE?


We can all benefit from this right about now! Self Care is critical during these times. You deserve a high vibe hour to let go, breathe, and focus on allowing more peace and love in.

Consider this … what we practice, we become. Now consider that everything we do repeatedly is, in essence, a practice. Given this consideration, can you see and feel why getting together with intention and purpose to practice peace (and love! and light!) is a super great plan for the greater good of all?
