Mama Nature is sighing a grand exhale … she’s letting go, releasing, preparing for deep rest here in Central Wisconsin. I recorded this video a few weeks ago, just after the fall equinox. The leaves were just beginning to turn color, and now as of this posting most of the leaves have fallen, yet the deep rust brilliance of the oaks hang on. They’re always the last to let go, sometimes clinging to their branches well into winter.
As the seasons shift, we see, touch, taste, hear, and smell the changes … it’s a multi-sensory experience, and if we’re tuned in, we sense and FEEL the energy shifting inwardly and all around us as well. There is magic available in the leaning in. Are you giving yourself to the experience?
