We’ll begin our time together by consciously tuning in with some guided calming and centering meditative breathwork to open our energetic and intuitive awareness.
(If this is new to you, no worries…it’s a simple and natural process that feels good and everyone can do it!)

Each session lasts between 75 – 90 minutes and includes a 1 oz bottle of your very own uniquely customized Flower Essence and/or Elixir blend.
The last 20 minutes of each session will be used to create your custom blend and to answer any questions you may have regarding the use of your new essence elixir blend.
