Guidance:
Receive 4 drops in water or under tongue, set loving intention 4x per day + as needed.
You may combine this essence with others and take them at the same time, either under your tongue or in a glass of water. To make combining easier a glass is often preferred. Use a minimum of 2 to 4 oz of water, disperse 4 drops of each essence into the water as you hold your intention, swirl the glass in one direction, let it settle, swirl in the opposite direction, let it settle and drink.
Trust your intuition and combine anywhere between 2 to 6 essences at one time.
Standard recommended usage is 4x per day plus as needed. (You can not over do.) Listen to your body, feelings, intuition, and take the flower essence as often as needed all the while observing with loving awareness any shifts in your experience.

It is not in our frame of reference that anything is good or bad. We filter all reference through the course of pure light. And we are strong and absolute in this knowing. This truth is real. And we bring to you this power of transformation in pure light. We bring to you the feeling of supported foundation. We bring to you the assurity of strength, the assurity of power. You see us and experience in form and yet we are beyond form. The formed nature of who and what we really are grounds us into this reality and the formless nature of who and what we are in grander than any form could take. And at the very same time beyond what the physical eyes can see we assure you we are spinning, we are changing, we are transmuting, we are transforming, for it is the very essence that we are. We are all life. We are all of the cosmos. We are all that is. Here and now in this physical form and beyond all that you see and feel to be real in this physical realm we are all that is. And by receiving the energy of that which we are you are reminded of this as well and you embody this, you come into remembering. You come into union.
