On New Year’s Day morning, 2023, I woke up feeling connected in the most fulfilling way. I felt Presence live-streaming within; a message was awaiting download. It’s been awhile since I’ve taken the time to allow a full, direct message to pour through. (Life has been happening.) Being the start of a shiny, new (based on a human-made calendar) year, I thought what better time than now to allow!
I received the message you’ll read below… It felt good. Clear. Charged with love, intention and purpose. I looked forward to sharing it with you all later New Year’s Day evening, after celebrating our family Christmas with my parents and siblings, at my Mom and Dad’s
.
Reality took a different turn, and here I am sharing it with you now … a week and some into my first up close and personal experience with COVID. Yep. Happy New Year to me, Covid positive on 1.1.2023.
What a way to launch into a new year. Truth be told, I do love a quiet, reflective, inward pause at the turn of the new year more than anything else. So this year should be AMAZING, because I’m getting one LONG pause and reset. (Not all comfortable or fun, but cozy and surrounded by beauty at the Sanctuary, yes.)
As I’m typing, I’m hearing this ringing through from Source:
There’s always a shining silver lining. In the darkest of spaces, we find the Light to be the most penetrating, the most revealing. Shadow AND Light. We are both. Together, they dance, Light and Shadow, creating beauty in their wake, as we choose to see it, it is there — the art of life, the art of living — it’s what we’re here for. Light, birthed into every shadow, every darkness.
I think this is what 2023 is leading us toward — a renaissance of LIVING LIFE ALIVE, into every shadow, every darkness, every Light — consciously, collectively, wholly, new, refreshed, on purpose, eyes wide open, awake, aware, integrated, whole, connected …
I say leading us toward because we know what’s possible, and the road there is ever being paved, one conscious step and stone at a time.
We are here, now PAVING the way forward, together. CHOSEN.
Which brings us to this beautiful reminder-reframe on BEing CHOSEN that Source gave me the morning of January 1st, 2023. I love it. It feels good in my heart, my soul, my bones.

Draw near, dear ones,
We are here for you now. We are here for you ever more. We are here. We are now. We are eternal. As are you, for we are ONE.
The voice of the Cosmos echoes in your heart of hearts. Upon every breath a remembrance rings true – calling you Home, calling you to your ever-awakening Presence of Love, of Light, of Truth, of Peace within. Your soul forever reigns in the mighty Kingdom of the Chosen.
Belonging is.
ALL are Chosen.
Chosen is not a choice, as in — you have been chosen.
This definition of limited vantage point was born of suffering and un-remembering.
Chosen simply is — It is.
Your remembrance of the effortless state of Grace that is Chosen is yours to know, to remember, to BE.
As Chosen – you are. One with the All, All with the One.
Chosen is Unification, unity, all — free of separation, free of loss, free of abandonment, free.
Ask: Am I Chosen? — and your True Heart responds – YES!
You are living, breathing, Infinite Consciousness, here, now — having this earth-bound body experience. You are Chosen. Chosen — Here, Now. Chosen to Reign on Earth. Chosen to live Infinite Consciousness alive. No one and No-thing can take this from you or inflict any choice upon this matter.
Simply, you are here — you are Chosen.
Here = Chosen
Chosen = Presence
Presence = Infinity
Infinity = All That Is
… all ONE, all Chosen. Connected, always, all ways.
Indescribable, uncontainable, indefinable, inseparable.
True, Bold, Free, unborn, undying, infinitely enduring.
And now LIVED through the pulse and breath of your here and now experience.
Born Free — you are. Here and Now, Alive and Chosen.
See life as Chosen – All Life is Chosen.
See Chosen as Connection, connectedness
Nothing is apart from. All Chosen – all connected.
How does this shift how you perceive yourself?
How does this shift how you perceive another?
How does this shift how you perceive all?
What does it look like to see for the first time that self / other / all are all One in the same?
How does starting there, at the one True Beginning (if there could really be such a thing) where you KNOW you are CHOSEN shift how you perceive, open, relate, trust, explore, discover, inform, intend, listen, move, experience and BE in this world of worlds?
Chosen is not a reality that occurs after a sequence of lived experience says it does.
Chosen, as a Supreme Gateway from Infinite Consciousness – Source Presence, simply is.
You are here, therefore you are Chosen. Period. FEEL that.
Any lesser adaption or iteration of chosen has been developed through the human lens of polarity, duality – through a heart that has forgotten its Source Consciousness.
This is not to judge such matters — for we know you are human and to be human means exploring the contrast and subscribing to the notion that you are all making it all up as you go along.
It’s as if birthing into human reality comes with its own form of temporary amnesia.
And by the way of patterning — transference of beliefs without discernment — blind faith, blind trust … some stumbling is imminent, and the road to remembering, awakening to the Core of the All — Source Infinite — Chosen One — conscious reality isn’t always clearly marked externally.
And yet, within you the Beacon of Eternal Light burns brightly.
The map you seek was never outside — it has always been within, clearly marked, pulsing its signal of Source Guidance and True Knowing.
Dear Ones — Chosen, you are.
The Light of Consciousness burns bright within you
Tend to the flame. Give it breath. Allow it to animate and express.
Allow it to fuel the dim-lit way.
Share the Light of Your Soul with free abandon and unstoppable joy.
Open your Chosen Heart limitlessly.
You are limitless within your form.
Light has no bounds, it can not be contained.
Free your mind from its limited constructs and see the path before you opening, clearing and revealing bright potential.
As you breathe — you expand infinity.
As you expand infinity — you are free to Be all the colors of your Bright Light Rainbow of Purpose in Presence.
Dance the Light of your heart alive!
Chosen One — the Breath of Source guides your way on.
You belong.
Here and Now, you belong.
Infinitely Chosen.
Connected. True. Vital. Alive.
In Grace. Be.
