This week’s intuitive energy themes center around:

  • Juxtaposition Energies … advance/retreat … pulling/stretching/releasing
  • Liminality, the space between … how & why to expand & embrace the unknown
  • Collective Trauma … honest pathways to coping and healing
  • Recognizing our ‘Presence in Person’ awareness + our Inner Authority
  • Taking the pressure off, releasing for relief … slowing down, surrendering
  • Listen to your hearts, tend t your needs, honor your feelings
  • Asking for help, support and guidance when we need it

The moon is full in Virgo on Friday, March 18th. Perfect energy for our self-care around embracing our everything and taking the pressure off in every way. 

Intuitive Guidance for the week:

  • Juxtaposition Energy — things can feel a bit like we are taffy being stretched and pulled right now — emotionally, mentally, and in pretty much every way. This isn’t good or bad, it just is … and allowing it is key to the grace we feel within it. There’s a feeling of Advance/Retreat … Expansion/Contraction … pulling, stretching, release … resistance/relief … all on purpose to our path at this moment. Are you feeling this? Another example: we may be feeling a burgeoning of newness, inspired growth, excitement for change … juxtaposed with questioning around timing, a feeling of unreadiness, and enjoyment of the space between. It’s all happening and it’s all natural and on time.
  • Liminality + the Unknown — liminality is that space between, and the energy is inviting us to allow the discomfort and lean into the opportunity within the unknown. We’re being asked to consciously expand the space between — allow neutrality and pure potentiality to expand without needing to know exactly what any of it looks like. Enter the liminal space consciously and explore and inquire. Ask, what is sustainable right now? What is the balance of advance/retreat, the balance of expansion/contraction that we may be experiencing … and be willing to be free of judgment and attachment as we listen within.
  • Collective Trauma — the experience of collective trauma is real. It’s time for self-care around how we are navigating this very real trauma and stress … no bypassing, willing it all away with Love and Light. Love Light is our pure presence essence, yes, AND we are humans having a human experience. This is a merged, embodied experience. It’s time to fully activate our heart of Loving Compassion toward ourselves and all. It’s time to acknowledge all that we’re feeling, embrace it and each other in, and trust in our power to transform and heal as we consciously co-create our world anew, together.
  • Presence/Person Consciousness & Our Inner Authority — We are here for the wholeness of this human experience, and the acknowledgment of it, MERGED with the experience of our Infinite Nature as Presence. We do well to awaken our awareness of this unified, merged experience of Presence AND Person reality. From this wholeness in awareness and consciousness we are able to meet the experiences of life and see ourselves through while relating wholly and honestly in healthier balance. From this merged awareness, we recognize we have experiences, but we are not our experiences. This clarity gives us strength in our purpose and power and ignites our Inner Authority. We see and interact with the world in magical ways when we actively engage from Presence and our Inner Authority.
  • Release the pressure — within all of these energies this week, there’s a real invitation to take the pressure off … there is so much shifting and changing in the world and within each of us whether we are conscious of it, or not. It’s taxing on our nervous systems, it’s affecting our mental and emotional states, it may be affecting our sleep, digestion, and more. Take the pressure off, release the need to figure it all out or to have control … and just allow some release and relief … allow the full exhale. Notice how we haven’t been breathing fully? Allow, breathe, and release.
  • Ask for help, guidance, and support when we need it — It’s safe, natural, and human to need loving help and support! (I’m here if you need some nurturing, re-orienting, healing one on one time. Let me know if you need some Source Sessions with Savi time!) 
  • Take precious care — honor your needs, listen to your feelings, lean into rest when needed, bask in the space of liminality and allow it to expand. Sit with it. Breathe and relate. Repeat. 
  • ASK?? Where am I feeling pulled and stretched?
  • ASK?? Where can I take the pressure off to allow some release and relief? 
  • ASK?? How can I embrace the space between?
  • ASK?? How can I support myself in getting comfortable with the unknown?

 Notice how these energies may play a role throughout your week.

Journal your observations. This is a great way to begin to further deepen to and relate with your own natural, intuitive rhythm and flow.

BEing & DOing Ideas that help to integrate + support this week:

  • slow down simplify, take the pressure off … create some space and time to do nothing at all. It’s time for Less DOing, more BEing … expand the liminal space
