Intuitive Guidance for the week:
- EQUINOX BLESSINGS! We’ve crossed the threshold of spring in the northern hemisphere and fall in the southern hemisphere. What shifts and changes does this bring forth for us?
- BALANCE : The equinox brings our attention to the balance of Light and Dark.
Balance through Loving Awareness is key right now!
Operating from LOVE to bring greater balance … being clear about where our energy, focus, and attention is generating from is key … be clear as we navigate and observe that we are generating from our True Center of Presence and Love. This takes conscious practice and focus and has never been more important!
Consider :- How are the energies of Light and Dark at work in our lives?
- Are we willing to ACKNOWLEDGE (an active word vibration this week) the interplay of Light and Dark in our lives, within us, around us, around the world?
- How does acknowledging what we see, feel, and experience support and aid our healing and balancing?
Acknowledging is huge to this process! What we are willing to see and acknowledge we are able to heal. - Many of us may be feeling the weight of darker forces … what is this triggering? How are we engaging in these energies? Are we feeling taken in by them, pulled into the current, defeated, deflated, exhausted by it all?
It’s important to acknowledge what we’re feeling, and be clear that while we see the darkness, the pain, and the suffering, we do not become it, and allow it to consume us. - We need to learn how to see fully without needing to become what we are seeing. We can observe, witness, acknowledge … without being swept up in the current. We cannot operate toward service in love and healing if we allow the energies to draw us in too completely.
- All of these aspects are key to how we integrate and balance right now … and what we balance within, we balance for the whole! Know that when you are focused toward balance in any and every small way, it affects balance as a whole, across the cosmos. It matters!
- CYCLES : What’s birthing? What’s releasing? What are we bringing closure to as we open to the next turning of the wheel?
Nature shows us life’s cycles : spring = rebirth/emerging/transformation, summer = growth/advance/expand, fall = harvest/retreat/reflect/rest, winter = death/inward turn/return to the earth/access the great beyond, turn toward transformation - COLLECTIVE TRAUMA is triggering all of us right now (particularly if we are empathic and highly-sensitive beings) … notice and acknowledge, embrace and nurture to heal self and collective.
- We may be noting an uprising of insecurities around value/worth and safety/security on all levels.
- Our fear of the unknown and the rampant uncertainty can have us losing our sense of self and center.
- We may be noting a triggering of wounds of our past & uprooting dormant fears … fear of abandonment, death, being controlled/dominated, and more.
- GENTLE, LOVING CARE is hyper-necessary right now. Notice and hold space for yourselves during this time. Listen to your feelings, honor your needs, trust your insights. Give yourself the space you need to process and heal and know that you are worthy of it! Reach out for support if and when you need it.
- NERVOUS SYSTEMS IN OVERLOAD … it’s necessary for us to tap into healthy coping skills, what are they for each of us? Make a list and keep it handy so we have what we need when we need it. Also, be mindful of unhealthy coping skills, curb our tendency toward them by having healthier options at the ready.
- SELF-HEALING … I had a direct conversation with Source a few days back about self-healing. This is what I received: “Self-Healing doesn’t mean we have to do it alone, all by ourSelves, it means we recognize the necessary, cooperative, empowered role we play in our own healing.”
- This is SUPER important! What it means is that we ARE self-healers, and we have full capacity toward our own self-healing … AND that is the integral piece of the puzzle. When we reach out for support on our healing journey (and we all need to do that and it’s a beautiful good thing), that healing support is amplified exponentially when we are actively engaged and committed in our KNOWING that we are our own empowered self-healers.
- AND another KEY aspect is : When we self-heal, we heal the whole! This is SO critical to understand right now. When we focus our loving, healing energy toward ourselves, our healing on all levels (mental, emotional, physical, generational, ancestral, spiritual, etc.), we ARE indeed healing the whole, the ALL. Our own self-healing is the foundational pivot to healing the world!
- Focusing on Self-Healing is NOT selfish! It is a selfless act that matters to the well-BEing of this entire planet. We do well to shift our focus in this way as it will make enormous strides to the re-birthing of wholeness and wellness for our planet and all of its creatures, humanity included.

- ASK?? Where am I needing more balance?
- ASK?? What would it be healthy for me to acknowledge that I haven’t been?
- ASK?? How am I actively engaged in my own empowered self-healing?
- ASK?? Where can I give myself more nurturing self-care and self-honoring?

Journal your observations. This is a great way to begin to further deepen to and relate with your own natural, intuitive rhythm and flow.

BEing & DOing Ideas that help to integrate + support this week:
Tapping into Resiliency ~ Flexing our Resiliency Muscle
- Acknowledge that stress is real, natural, and normal … sometimes purely acknowledging helps to soften, release, and neutralize some of the stress, tension, and anxiety.
- Acknowledge when our stress levels are peaking and give ourselves a nurturing time-out
- Take a walk in nature (even 10 minutes outdoors can do wonders)
- Meditate — guided, stillness, breathing, mantra, moving, nature … your choice
- Music — uplifting, soothing, conscious lyric, instruments you love
- Anything that helps to give you a pause/reset/center moment that helps to shift the energy and focus off of the stressors and into the present moment helps boost our resiliency.
- repeat your IllumiNature Empowerment Statements every single day (…attune, affirm, activate! … so loud the neighbors and wildlife can hear you, claim your inner radiant power!),
- meditation! (your choice — bring intention to a walk in nature, chant a mantra aloud & let it keep repeating mentally over and over across your mind, sit in mindful stillness, breathe long and deep and focus your gaze to your third eye)
