Happy Standing on the Threshold of June Greetings …
It’s a blustery, super warm, August-like last day of May at the Sanctuary. The air is thick with a haze of pollen, the trees ‘helicopters’ are wildly flying, the leaves are fully unfurling, and the mosquitos are busy multiplying! All true signs that spring is giving way to summer here in our little slice of heaven.
A couple weeks ago, our soul family friend Emilija from Illinois sent me an urgent message. Being south of the sanctuary by a few hours, spring was popping much sooner than here, and being a lover of the outdoors and all things Mama Nature, she needed some of our “Bugs Be Gone”, stat!
I prepared her package and got it on it’s way without delay!
